Insertion Fees will be credited for all items listed or re-listed
on eBay between 00:00 PDT and 24:00 PDT, Thursday, September 9.

Please note that this does NOT include optional fees, such as Bold,
Featured, Category Featured, etc. Final Value Fees still apply.
However, the usage fee for Reserve Price Auctions will be waived
for all Reserve Price Auction items listed on Free Listing Day.

The Insertion Fees will be applied and then credited to your account.
